General Procedures

Player Trades

All player trades must be made prior to the first game of the season. All trades are player for player.

  1. Contact the player agent to initiate a trade.
  2. The coaches involved with the trade will meet and discuss the trade.
  3. If a trade has been agreed to by the coaches, the player agent shall contact the parents of the players to determine if the trade will work for them. If it is acceptable to the players, then the player agent will decide whether to move forward with the trade.

Cancelling/Rescheduling Games

Managers and Coaches cannot cancel a game. All cancellations must be approved by the board(s) of both teams. If a game is cancelled due to weather or other reasons, it may be rescheduled with the approval of the president(s) of both teams. This is to ensure that when the game is played, there will be a board member present at the field.
